Bio

Ms. Rosalyn Schaefer is an Associate Health Scientist with Benchmark Risk Group. She completed her Master of Public Health in Industrial Hygiene with a certificate in Risk Science and Human Health. She also completed her Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience with minors in Pharmacology/Toxicology and Women and Gender Studies.

Ms. Schaefer’s primary areas of training and expertise reside in industrial hygiene, risk assessment, exposure science, toxicology, and health communication.  She is deeply passionate about occupational justice and global health, which led her to focus her graduate studies on various occupational exposures within the textile industry. This included exposures such as dimethylformamide, carbon disulfide, endotoxin, asbestos, and noise, among others.
