Bio
Dr. Benjamin Davis is a Supervising Health Scientist with Benchmark Risk Group. He has 13 years of experience in environmental epidemiology, biostatistics, and risk assessment. He is well-versed in systematic review, study evaluation, dietary exposure assessments, and benchmark dose modeling. He is knowledgeable in several topics, including heavy metals and infectious bacteria.
Dr. Davis received his PhD in Environmental Health Sciences and was on the faculty at Johns Hopkins University. He contributed to chemical risk assessments for the EPA’s Integrated Risk Information System (IRIS) program. Dr. Davis has been involved in hundreds of regulatory and health risk assessment projects, including food safety submissions to government agencies and scientific investigations of chemicals found in food and personal care products.
